It is carried out to check for illnesses before any symptoms appear. According to her, the association is going to built a ultra modern orphanage complex to raise orphans and the needy to improve their standards of living.
The name of the orphanage is Nananom orphanage unlike we have Tema SOS so western and central region too can boost of their own.
On his part, the organizer of the association who double as Gomoa Mamponghene , Nana Obor Mensah vi said before the 5th anniversary, they formed a joint  committee which involved both kings and queens together they worked hand in hand for the progress of the association.
Nana Obor Mensah vi added that, the kings of the association send things to the orphanage homes whiles the queens also delivered things to the Nsawam prisons and psychiatric hospital.
He therefore appealed to the corporate organizations that, when the golden royal kings and queens knock on their doors  they should open up to them in kind or cash because them alone cannot build the Orphanage home  without their support in order to help the children at the orphanage home to become a better person in life for the betterment of the society.
