Anger as King Charles III Refuses to Shake a Black Man During the Funeral of His Mother

A video going viral on social media showing the new King of the United Kingdom (UK), King Charles III, refusing to shake the hand of a black man among participants during the funeral of his mother on September 19th.

In the footage, after shaking every other hand, the king skipped and ignored the African’s handshake before greeting the other white hands.

This action by the King has sparked mixed reactions from Social Media Users and Africans in general.

Since then, the incident’s video has become very popular on social media.

While some argued that the King had not intended it to be thus, others thought the new monarch may be a fervent “Racist.”
