Residents of Efutu appreciates Afenyo-Markin for continuous developmental projects

Constituents of Efutu in the Central Region of Ghana are celebrating and appreciating the resourcefulness of their Member of Parliament, Hon. Alexander Kwamena Afenyo – Markin for his stewardship since 2012.
According to them the impact spreads from infrastructure to education, through to the creation of employment for the teeming youth and other relevant developments in the Constituency since he became the MP.
Residents who spoke to Journalists were very optimistic about their quest to retain the MP till he refuses to contest again.
Visits embarked upon by the Inky fraternity revealed that the people of Akosua village had benefitted a community centre and a health facility by name Akosua Aba Health Centre and a Library.
The MP had constructed a Heritage Centre for historical purposes and the renovation of the Effutu Police Station.
He had constructed 4 new Police stations, health Infrastructure at New Winneba, Tissue factory, and an ongoing Kojo Beedu library. A completed Kojo Beedu Health Centre and Kojo Beedu Community Centre.
“As a constituent of Efutu and a native of Simpa I can confidently tell you that, the developmental projects done by Alex our MP is unprecedented. He listens to the plight of everybody devoid of your political affiliation. Because of him almost all the youth in Winneba and other suburbs have been gainfully employed.
Some are into apprenticeship, some have been assisted to get jobs in the government sector. Traders have also been given funds to support their businesses”.
Madam Grace a trader who sells stationery said.
According to Madam Patricia Russell, who is the Assembly Member for Kojo Bedu North Electoral Area, the Member of Parliament has facilitated, projects including library, chip compounds, schools and many more
. She also touched on many social intervention projects and other scholarship programs done by Hon. Afenyo Markings.
 The NPP Constituency Women’s Organization for Effutu Barbara Henrietta Beechem Said “we have 18 electoral areas and our MP has been able to build community centres for each electoral area.
Chip compounds for each area, he always fulfills promises made to us that makes him different from other MPs.
He has built ICT centre for the NVTI as well as hostel facilities “.
