Professor Tina Abrefa-Gyan Praises The Npp’s 2020 Manifesto Launch

Professor Tina Abrefa-Gyan, a politician and the first vice chair of the United States branch of the New Patriotic Party is full of praise for the NPP 2020 manifesto launch in Cape Coast over the weekend. Professor Abrefa-Gyan remains hopeful after reading in details the full content of the manifesto said the good news is in the details.

She congratulated Nana Addo-Bawumia government, the manifesto committee and the NPP fraternity for putting together such a wonderful document which could make the country an economic giant in Africa in some years to come.

In an interview on Tuesday after the launch, she highlighted a few promises in the manifesto that could change and touch people’s lives forever. She said, when voted into power, the NPP would set up a large recording studios in Accra, Kumasi, Tamale and Takoradi, as part of the entrepreneurial hubs strategy, in partnership with the private sector, for recording artists to rent space for their recordings in these studios; build a digital platform for artists to make their products available to the global market; set up the Creative Arts Fund to support artists; complete the theatres in Kumasi, and construct new theatres in Takoradi and Tamale.

Professor Abrefa-Gyan said she could not hide her joy when heard that the first products of the free senior high school flagship programme could enjoy a guarantee-free loans to access tertiary education in any degree awarding institution in Ghana. This is a government with an good entry and an exit plan for the youth, she said.

I am not surprised that Nana Addo continues to be a co-chair of the SDGs advocacy group because all his policies aim at meeting the needs of the current generation without compromising on the developmental needs of the future generation.

She called on the youth of Ghana to continue to trust the NPP government since they are the only party that has the well-being of the youth at heart. Go out in your numbers and vote for the party with a clear vision for the future of Ghana.
