The video, which has since gone viral, captures the two-story building breaking in half as it crumbled, shocking many witnesses.
People in the vicinity ran for their lives, screaming in dismay.
One user, X, commented that no lives were lost in the incident, but MyNigeria was unable to confirm this claim at the time of reporting.
