Kumawood actress and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Shakira Movie Production, Tracy Boakye has said she donated GH¢ 2,000 to support former President Mahama’s bid to become the flagbearer of the NDC because she is eyeing an appointment in the Tourism and Creative Arts sector.

Earlier when donated the amount, she said, “We are coming 2020, We are at the Flagstaff House. We are in a comfortable lead. There will be peace in NDC by end of January”.

The actress-cum TV presenter in an interview with Accra FM’s Mid-morning host, Nana Romeo Welewele said, “I’ve paid Ghc2000 to support John Mahama. I paid it through the shortcode on social media”.

She also said she wants the Tourism and Creative Arts appointment in order to be able to help Kumawood.

As part of the love for John Mahama, over 291 including former Ministers and MPs under John Mahama’s administration are paying Ghc1000 to support his bid.
