Three women died and another was seriously injured after the car they were travelling in overturned and rolled several times along the N12 in Lenasia, Johannesburg.
ER24 paramedics said the vehicle was found on its side in the middle of the highway on Saturday night.
“Three women were found with fatal injuries. Sadly, paramedics could do nothing for them, and they were declared dead on the scene. Another woman was found with serious injuries and later rushed by ER24 to Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital,” ER24 said.
The cause of the accident is not yet known.
