250 Delegates Filed Nomination Forms For NEIP CEO to Unseat Hon Anyimadu Antwi

A 16years serving member of parliament faces thought challenges as businessman and NEIP CEO poised to unseat him this time around.
This came to light when 250 delegates in Asanti Akyem Central picked and filed nominations forms for the vibrant and successful NEIP CEO Mr Kofi Ofosu Nkansah to contest for the upcoming parliamentary primaries slated to take place on 27th January 2024.
Speaking at a news conference immediately after filing the nomination forms on behalf of NEIP CEO, the convenor of the 250 delegates in Asante Akyem Central and doubled as constituency youth organiser, Mr Prince Atta Takyi hinted that the long serving MP has nothing to boasts of in terms of achievement or support.
This is a young man who is not yet an MP but help the youth of Asante Akyem Central through skills training, support for the market women with petty cash, gives scholarship to the brilliantly needy students in the community and also a humble to approach.
He mentioned that the incumbent Hon Anyimadu Antwi doesn’t care about the welfare of his constituency in a area of infrastructure, job creation, livelihoods empowerment, scholarship for the brilliantly students and supports for our market women’s.
According to him, the hour is now to give Mr Kofi Ofosu Nkansah the chance to lead Asante Akyem Central constituency to the promise land because he has been try and tested.
The whole constituency is calling for a change and not just a change but competent person who can pulled more votes for both presidential and parliamentary in the upcoming general elections.
Mr Takyi said he is aware of the syndrome of fear delegates but he is confident that delegates in Asante Akyem Central constituency will not disappoint Mr Kofi Ofosu Nkansah but rather votes massively not less than 85% in the upcoming parliamentary primaries.
The convener explains further that the team are not just delegates but rather compromises with constituency executives and polling station executives so is a solid team.
He said they’re not worried about the posture of their MCE taken sides by picking forms for the incumbent because after all he lobby for the MCE position for him but he taught as government rep is prudent if the MCE remains nutural.
The Delegates are ready to ensure a resounding victory for the man of substance and selfless Mr Kofi Ofosu Nkansah.
