2024 Tidal Rave: Watch as Kwesi Arthur eats ‘gari soakings’ while performing on stage

The 2024 edition of the Tidal Rave event took place on Saturday, October 12, 2024. Among the many musicians performing was Kwesi Arthur.

In a post shared by SIKAOFFICIAL on X, Kwesi Arthur was seen holding a plain plastic bowl on stage, into which he poured gari and its accompaniments. He then added some water.

While singing one of his songs, he mixed everything together, took two spoons of the gari soakings, handed it to one of his crew members, and then grabbed the microphone to start his performance.

Fans at the event couldn’t contain their excitement as they were seen singing along and capturing the moment on their phones.

Social media users have been buzzing with reactions to this unique move by the musician.
