1st PHOTOS: Heavy crowd invades Conference Centre to watch Anas’ Number 12 premier

People are already massing up at the Accra International Conference Centre ahead of the premiering of the much-anticipated investigative movie by ace journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

Dubbed Number 12, the film focuses on corruption in football and football administration in Ghana.

Adom News’ Mubarak Yakubu who was at the venue reports that over 700 people are at the venue waiting for the first premiering which will b at 3: pm.

He said majority of the crowd are without tickets but have vowed to catch a glimpse of the film which is expected to open a can of worms regarding rot in Ghana’s football.

Number 12 will be premiered at the Accra International Conference Center on Wednesday June 6, 2018 at 3pm, 5pm, 8pm and 10pm and on Thursday June 7 at same time slots.

Meanwhile, former Presidents John Kufuor and John Mahama have expressed shock at the revelation of corruption in Ghana’s football after watching excerpts of the video.

They have however expressed hope that the exposé will help rebuild football in the country.

Also, the police has assured of adequate security for patrons who will be at the premiering of the documentary.

Greater Accra Police Public Relations Officer,  DSP Afia Tenge said they won’t allow anyone without tickets to enter the venue for the event.
