We are tired of the slow motion, let’s see action! – KSM to Mahama

Renowned comedian and social commentator, Kwaku Sintim Mintah, also known as KSM, has expressed displeasure with President John Dramani Mahama’s administration over what he has observed as sluggishness.
In a submission on his YouTube channel, KSM pointed out the back and forth between the government and members of the opposition New Patriotic Party over a cocaine scandal, which has overshadowed serious government business.
According to him, there seems to be a vacuum in government business, which gives space for opposition to come up with “agendas” to distract the country.
He stated that if the government had a detailed plan on its goals and how it hopes to achieve them, there would be no time to engage in unnecessary confrontations with the opposition.
“What Rev Ntim Fordjour is doing is part of an agenda, and it is sickening. Honestly, the NDC develops a national agenda, detailed with its policies and interventions, and a framework of how they want the country to go. It would fill the vacuum, and there would be no opportunities for anyone to come up with silly agendas, “he claimed
KSM further stated that Ghanaians are not feeling the energy of the current government, stating, “They won power because they wanted fresh energy to take the country to where they want it to go. But now, people are not feeling the momentum.
“President Mahama has some energy. But it looks like he does not have the backing of the ministers around him,” he said.
He proposed a hands-on approach by government officials, especially by sector ministers, to detail their plans for governance and aid the President in his efforts.
Failure to do that, KSM warned, will lead to serious consequences.
“The energy I am seeing with the President, I want to see the same or even more with the ministers to help him steer the course of the country.
“If we lose that vim, we are throwing away a lot,” he warned.
