In 2019, Ghanaian business mogul and owner of the Despite Group of Companies, Osei Kwame Despite, reportedly acquired the renowned Lizzy Sports Complex.

The facility, which boasts multiple amenities including football fields, swimming pools, tennis courts, a gymnasium, and a basketball court, was a hub for various events in Ghana.

Years after the acquisition, a video has emerged online showcasing the impressive transformation of the sports complex.

Known for its focus on sports and children’s activities, the complex has been reimagined by Despite into a unique and luxurious space that reflects his style.

The revamped facility features expansive parking spaces, underscoring Despite’s passion for cars, along with lavish furnishings, a well-designed driveway, and a larger, beautifully landscaped compound.

New modern buildings have also been added to the property, enhancing its aesthetic and functionality.

According to reports, Osei Kwame Despite paid a significant sum to acquire the complex from its previous owner, 1998 World Cup winner, Marcel Desailly.
