Watch the Black Stars’ 2nd training session at Baba Yara ahead of the CAR match

Ghana’s senior national team, the Black Stars, continued their preparations for their upcoming game against the Central African Republic with an intense training session on Saturday, June 8.

The Black Stars are scheduled to play against C.A.R in the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers on Monday, June 10, 2024, at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Ahead of the match, the team has been training in Kumasi after returning from their trip to Bamako, Mali.

The team first held a recovery training session at Baba Yara on Friday and continued with a more intense session on Saturday.

All 26 players participated in this training session as coach Otto Addo used the opportunity to plot his tactics ahead of the big match.

Coach Otto Addo and his team will be hoping to continue their regained form after beating Mali 2-1 on Thursday, June 6.

A win for the Black Stars against C.A.R will position the team to go top of the table in Group I and boost Ghana’s chances of qualifying for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
