Watch Laryea Kingston, Muntari, Charles Taylor, others show off football skills on ‘sakora’ pitch

Former Black Stars players Laryea Kingston, Sulley Muntari, Charles Taylor, and Derek Boateng were spotted playing football on a grass-less pitch.

The quartet showed off their skills on the rough surface as they exercised their muscles and experienced the feeling of being footballers again.

Ace sports broadcaster Dan Kwaku Yeboah was among some other notable personalities involved in the game.

In a video sighted by GhanaWeb, Laryea and Sulley stood over a free kick, reminiscent of their days together with the Black Stars.

Laryea took it, but the ball went straight to the goalkeeper as Sulley burst into laughter after the failed conversion.

Sulley Muntari was the last player among the quartet to retire, while Laryea Kingston is the only one who has become a coach.

Derek Boateng is currently working as a scout for Right To Dream, while Charles Taylor is serving as a pundit for Angel FM following his retirement.
