Hushpuppi released from prison in America

News reaching us indicates that Nigerian alleged scammer Hushpuppi has been reportedly released from prison in the United States of America.

Earlier last month, the FBI accused Ray Hushpuppi of living an extravagant lifestyle from the hundreds of millions of dollars he got from business email compromise frauds and other related fraudulent activities.

Reports had it that Hushpuppi settled for a government lawyer after his case was transferred to California.

The judge “Justice Gilbert” who presided over Hushpuppi’s case in Chicago had this to say:

“Accordingly, Defendant is ordered removed to the Central District of California in the custody of the U.S Marshal forthwith. As provided by 18 U.S.C 3142 (F), Defendant is remanded to the custody of the U.S Marshall and shall remain in custody until further order of the court”.

The latest report indicates that Ramon Olorunwa Abbas popularly know as “Ray Hushpuppi” has been released and guess what, he was released two days ago which was July 20. As to why he was released we cannot tell but we are going to dig more and bring you the latest details as it unfolds.
