Renowned Ghanaian actor, farmer and politician, John Dumelo, was welcomed with fanfare and praises as he arrived at the launch of the NDC manifesto in Winneba on Saturday, August 24, 2024,
John Dumelo, clad in a white shirt, black trousers and sunglasses was mobbed by fans and NDC supporters as he made his way to the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Auditorium of the University of Education, Winneba, for the manifesto launch.
The actor, who is currently the NDC parliamentary candidate for the Ayawaso West Wougon constituency, was beaming with smiles as he stopped for selfies and to greet many supporters who were excited to see him.
The manifesto launch, featured the Flagbearer of the party, John Dramani Mahama as the special guest.
The event was attended by members of the National Executive Committee, the Council of Elders, Members of Parliament, Parliamentary Candidates, and distinguished guests from various sectors, including the Diplomatic Corps, Clergy, Civil Society Organizations, Academia, Labour Organizations, and Creative Arts.
Various speakers addressed the nation on the NDC’s transformational vision for resetting and building the Ghana they envision.
