Watch Delay’s reaction after Ablekuma Nana Lace’s said she’s his ‘type’

It is become almost a recurring theme on The Delay Show guests confessing that host Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay, is their ideal woman. And in the latest episode, Ghanaian rapper and internet sensation, Ablekuma Nana Lace, added his name to the growing list.

During their engaging conversation, Delay asked the rapper, “What kind of women do you like?” Without hesitation, Nana Lace replied, “Women like your type are my type. Beautiful, chocolate in complexion, thick, tall…”

Delay, caught off guard but amused, burst into laughter and jokingly responded, “Why is it always me?”

His response joins a familiar pattern on the show, where several male guests have openly admired the celebrated broadcaster.

In past episodes, musician Okyeame Kwame famously declared that if he hadn’t met his wife, he would have married Delay, praising her as beautiful, intelligent, and hardworking.

Kelvyn Boy, too, once described Delay as his ideal woman, pointing out her decency and poise, and contrasting her with other female personalities in the industry.

Even UK-based Ghanaian boxer Freezy MacBones boldly stated that he had dreamt of marrying Delay, well before his appearance on the show.

Perhaps the most talked-about of these moments was Amerado, whose flirty banter and public chemistry with Delay fueled rumors of a romantic relationship. Though they both denied dating, their interactions sparked major online buzz.

With Nana Lace’s recent declaration, the narrative only grows richer—and funnier. As Delay continues to command attention with her sharp questions and unmatched poise, it seems she also effortlessly captures hearts, one guest at a time.
