Watch as Ofori Sarpong rewards loyal staff who have been integral in the success of his business empire

Loyalty, they say, is rare but a beautiful trait to find. Standing by someone through good and bad times, and extending support to them in any way possible often goes a long way in building lasting relationships and bonds.

For most businesses and their founders, loyalty and longevity remain key ingredients for the growth and stability of the venture, no matter how small or big.

Business mogul Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong has praised some key members of his business empire for their dedicated service, support and loyalty to him over the years.

In a viral video reshared on TikTok when he celebrated his 57th birthday in 2023, Ofori Sarpong, who owns a chain of businesses, is seen acknowledging his team of men and women who have been instrumental in his journey.

The first person, Sulley as referred to in the video, is said to have served Dr. Sarpong for 22 years. The revelation startled the guests in the background who were surprised by the number of years the man had been with Dr. Sarpong.

Another employee named Eric was then called upon to stand by Dr. Sarpong, and seconds later, he asked Eric how many years they had worked together.

Eric responded, saying, “32 years.”

Dr. Sarpong repeated the figure, further surprising the guests.

Other employees were also called upon by their boss and shared their respective number of years spent working with him [Dr. Ofori Sarpong].

Dr. Sarpong is said to have rewarded some of his dedicated employees to mark the occasion.

On average, most of the employees had spent between 10 to 30 years with the business mogul.
