Watch as armed military personnel raid home of Lord Commey

A group of armed military personnel reportedly raided the home of the former Director of Operations at the Presidency, Lord Commey, at Dansoman, a suburb of the nation’s capital, Accra.

According to a report by GHOne TV, the armed military personnel seized vehicles and other items from Lord Commey’s residence during the raid.

The report indicated that the vehicles and items were, however, later returned to the residence, hours after being seized.

“Armed military personnel raided the former Director of Operations at the Presidency, Lord Commey’s home in Dansoman, seizing vehicles and items. These were returned within 24 hours following swift intervention, but the motives behind the raid and its legality remain unclear,” the media house posted on X on Monday, February 3, 2025.

The post also contained a video from the scene when the event transpired.

The video showed a scene from the raid, where a man is heard saying, “We have towed all the two cars, we just got out.”
