GRA issues new directive for LTO taxpayers and Adabraka Medium Taxpayers

The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has issued a press statement directing the public to other outfits where tax transactions is still operational.

Despite the Kwame Nkrumah Circle office gutting fire, the tax company says their core operations will not be duly affected.

According to the GRA press release all LTO taxpayers should transact their business at the Kinbu Sub LTO located at the GRA head office (Ministries).

Also, the Adabraka Medium taxpayers are expected to transact their business at the Adabraka small taxpayer office located near the Adabraka Police station.

The Ghana Revenue Authority says the relevant authorities are investigating the circumstances leading to its Circle offices going up in flames on Sunday.

Although no lives, cash or cheques were lost, the GRA said the inferno caused “extensive damage.”

The fire outbreak affected the Large Taxpayers Office, the Adabraka Medium Taxpayers Office and some staff from GRA Head office,” the tax bureau said.
