[VIDEO]: Kuami Eugene Replies Guru For Saying Sarkodie Deserved Artiste Of The Year Than Him

The just ended Vodafone Music awards, saw Afrobeat sensation, Kuami Eugene emerging as the Artiste Of The Year for the year under review.

After his award, many people were surprised and have criticized about that particular award going to him as they assume other people in the category deserved it more than him.

The artiste of the year category had the likes of Kofi Kinaata, Diana Hamilton, Sarkodie,and Kuami Eugene but saw the young talent coming out as the winner of that category.

After this, hip life act Guru came out to say his piece saying award rapper Sarkodie deserved that award more than the ‘Obiaato’ hit maker.

In a recent interview on Hitz Fm, the singer replied his senior Guru for passing that comment in a very professional and nice way.

Responding to Guru’s comment, the afrobeat sensation said he feels that is his opinion and he deserves all the right to say that hence he doesn’t hold anything against him for saying what he said and was open to him for collaboration anytime he wants.
