VIDEO: Crowd ‘mobs’ Mahama at Tudu

Former President John Dramani Mahama appears to still have a lot of die-hard fans who would not hesitate a wink to show their immense love for him whenever he shows up.

Traders and enthusiasts alike made it almost impossible for the Former President to walk his way through the market sphere during his Pre-Easter walkabout at Tudu.

Being the first of three places the NDC Flagbearer intends to visit today, Mr. Mahama had a rousing welcome from the crowd who followed and cheered as he went by at the Tudu market and Lorry park.

The former President is expected to visit two other main markets and lorry parks later today to interact with drivers and traders ahead of the Easter festivities.

The Kaneshie Lorry terminal and Market complex and Nkrumah Circle lorry terminal and pedestrian market are the two others billed to receive Mr. Mahama and his team during their visit.

Prior to this however, Mahama had already made similar call on the Central region last week, specifically in Komenda and Kasoa.

The former president is eyeing a comeback after losing the 2016 elections to incumbent Nana Akufo-Addo.
