VIDEO: AY loses a lot after fire outbreak at Lekki home

Following the fire that broke out on Sunday, August 6, a video of the damage to comedian AY Makun’s mansion has appeared on social media.

Recall that AY’s house in Lekki, Lagos was reported to be on fire in a video shot by a person claiming to be one of the comedian’s neighbors.

AY has not yet commented on the event, but on Monday, August 7, he posted a message on his Instagram page saying that he and his family are safe.

Grace Makun, the AY’s sister-in-law, reported the incident’s results on Monday via her social media account.

Grace claims that after they prayed and wept together, God was merciful.

Sharing the video, she wrote: “Y”all be wandering why I’m appraising @lanremakunevents @yomicasual we cried and prayed together and God showed us mercy as a family.

“Our heart is full of gratitude for @aycomedian @realmabelmakun we love you both.”
