Two landguards arrested for stabbing 2 at Kasoa Ofaakor

The Kasoa Ofaakor District Police Command in the Central Region has arrested two suspected landguards for stabbing two individuals without any provocation.

The suspects have been identified as Richard Kwevi, also known as “Agenda,” and Samuel Okyere, known as “Kwadie Dede Aquard.”

The victims are in critical condition and are receiving treatment at the Kasoa Polyclinic.

In an interview with Adom News, a friend of one of the victims, who also serves as the Chairman of the Landlords Association, Ntiamoah Ahenkorah, narrated that the landguards confronted them and asked them to follow them to One Nai Atopi’s Palace.

According to him, the suspects attacked them after they refused to follow them, leading to an altercation.

During the confrontation, one of the suspects allegedly pulled out a jackknife and stabbed his friend while also subjecting them to severe beatings.

Meanwhile, Nai Atopi has denied any involvement in the incident, stating that he does not know the suspects or have any affiliation with them.
