Tongues wag over Medikal-Sister Derby Indigo O2 performance

Ghanaian rapper Medikal recently wowed audiences with his sold-out concert at the Indigo O2 arena in the United Kingdom on May 3, 2024.

The ‘La Hustle’ hitmaker was joined by Ghanaian music heavyweights Shatta Wale and Sarkodie as well as Bisa Kdei, Malcom Nuna, and Jay Bhad.

However, what shocked fans on the night was when Medikal was joined by his former girlfriend, Sister Derby, during the concert.

The two performed their hit track ‘Too Risky’ together and Sister Derby performed her song, ‘Kakalika Love,’ a diss track towards Medikal and Fella Makafui.

The performance, which has sparked discussion on social media, comes on the heels of Medikal’s announcement of his separation from actress Fella Makafui.

The reason behind Medikal’s decision to perform with Sister Derby remains a topic of speculation among many on social media, especially given the recent end of his marriage.
