The misogynistic comments of the leader of Glorious Wave Chapel, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi is a disgrace to his wife and   offends womanhood.

Minister if Gender Children and Social Protection, Hon Cynthia Morrison who has not taken kindly to the comments still being defended by the controversial man of God, described them as unfortunate and wrong development that must not be given any glorification by calling on him to retract.

Speaking on Kumasi-based Angel Fm monitored by MyNewsGh.com, she said “his comments are an indictment on his wife and offends womanhood”, but urged women in Ghana to continue being the pillars behind their husbands and not succumb to the stereotype of the prophet to become timid in their marriages, but rather strive to make properties for themselves and not hesitate to spend their husband’s monies when need be”.

It would be recalled that Prophet Badu Kobi described women of Ashanti origin as most deadly wives in the world admonishing prospective husband not dare not marry women from Ashanti tribe.

“If you marry Ashanti lady, you have imported problem to yourself forever. I have done research and it is so”, the preacher revealed in a video sighted by MyNewsGh.com.

According to the controversial preacher, woman of that origin are ungrateful and therefore will not allow anyone of his sons or close relations to marry from Ashanti tribes irrespective of the benefit or reason.
