Taking off my jersey to celebrate upset my father – Asisat Oshoala
Recall that on Thursday, during the FIFA Women’s World Cup tournament between Nigeria Super Falcons and host nation, Australia, Oshoala went shirtless.
As a result of her excitement Oshoala took off her jersey, leaving on her tank top and shorts as she ran jubilating.
This brought about mixed reactions from fans, including her father who didn’t hesitate to inform her of her actions.
Taking to her Instagram page to share the news, Oshoala noted that her father is not happy with the way she celebrated her goal scoring but insist life is a collection of moments.
She wrote; “My dad is definitely not happy with my choice of celebration but then again, Life is a collection of MOMENTS.”
Several people took to her comment section to appeal to her father over her actions.
