VIDEO: Meet the dancing teacher who uses music and dance to teach his pupils

Percy Sackey is a teacher at the Obo Presby School in the Kwahu Hills.

He uses music and dance to teach and motivate his pupils at the school.

Joy News’ Justice Baidoo visited the school to learn more about the teacher’s unconventional methods of teaching.

He says encouraging his students to dance breaks down the barriers and allows them to come to him with their problems.

Mr Sackey who has gained lots of followers on social media as a result of the video says whenever he is done with lessons and he asks questions, the children are able to answer because they see him as one of them.

According to him, there are a lot of talents in his class-those who can sing, act and dance, and by his unique method each child is able to build on his/her talent
