Gambian football journalist KB Sonko has secured a major sponsorship from Unique Group Co. Ltd to support his trip to Dakar, Senegal, where he will cover the WAFU Zone A U-17 Tournament.
The sponsorship package reportedly includes return flights between The Gambia and Dakar, alongside a cash contribution to help cover his expenses during his stay in Senegal.
The support is expected to enable Sonko to travel to Dakar and provide Gambian football fans with first-hand coverage of the tournament and the country’s emerging football talents.
