Watch the moment Jose Mourinho attacked Galatasaray coach after Osimhen’s masterclass

In a tense moment during the match, Mourinho approached Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk and pinched his nose, causing Buruk to collapse to the ground.

Mourinho’s actions led to his dismissal from the sidelines as Fenerbahçe exited the Turkish Cup.

The Portuguese tactician was clearly upset as his side were losing the derby at home at the Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium in the quarterfinals of the Turkish Cup.

The former Chelsea and AS Roma boss was sent off following the incident as his side crashed out of the Turkish Cup in the quarterfinals.

In-form striker Victor Osimhen scored both goals as Galatasaray triumphed over Fenerbahce in the heated encounter.

Osimhen opened the scoring in the 10th minute, after being teed up by Baris Yilmaz.

He then doubled Galatasaray’s lead from the penalty spot in the 27th minute, providing Okan Buruk’s team with a comfortable two-goal cushion.

Sebastian Szymański managed to pull one back for Fenerbahçe on the stroke of halftime.

This incident adds to Mourinho’s history of controversial actions, including a previous altercation in 2011 when he poked a Barcelona assistant coach Tito Villanova in the ear as per TalkSport.
