Hon Robert Sarfo Mensah busted taking bribe in Anas video

Suspended Chairman of the National Sports Authority, Robert Sarfo Mensah has been fingered in Anas Aremeyaw Anas’ expose taking bribe to allow a player of the Ghana U17 team get more playing time at the FIFA World Cup in India.

Robert Sarfo Mensah was presented with a huge but unspecified amount of money by the anonymous Tiger Eye Pie team in his office, the name of the player was not mentioned.

Ghana was able to qualify out of the group stages at the U17 World Cup but were booted out of the tournament by Mali in the quarter finals.

Robert Sarfo Mensah was suspended along with the deputy Sports Minster, Pius Hadzide by President Akufo-Addo after he was alleged to have been involved in the Australia Visa racketeering at the 2018 Commonwealth games.
