Peter Okoye undergoes hair implant

Nigerian artiste, Peter Okoye, has undergone a hair implant procedure, a fact he shared with his followers in a tweet.

The choice was made in light of his considerable hair thinning.

The procedure took place at MedHair Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey, where he was also scheduled to perform at an event.

Mr. Okoye, in a viral video, revealed that his objective was to rectify his receding hairline and enhance his self-assurance in photographs.

He also shared that while the surgery was a success, he experienced swelling around his eyes for three days afterward.

“The Surgery hair implant went well and was successful! I appreciate everyone looking out for me. I want to say a big Thank You! I’ll still be performing tonight at @foxclubistanbul with a bandage on my head. The show must go on! All tickets SOLD OUT already! Let’s do this! Mr. P is a trooper and raring to go! Love y’all! Peace,” he said.

Peter Okoye is renowned as one-half of the popular music duo P-Square.
