‘Sonnie Badu has repaid his $300 debt with excess’– Mzbel

Recently, Mzbel disclosed that gospel minister Sonnie Badu had refused to repay a $300 debt he owed her.

In a video that went viral online, Mzbel, while demanding payment, explained that she had spent $300 purchasing an item for Sonnie Badu using her Visa card.

However, following her public outburst at the gospel musician, Mzbel has disclosed that a member of Sonnie Badu’s camp reached out to her.

“I was called the following day by his team, and they have paid my $300. They sent it through Momo,” she stated.

Mzbel said Sonnie Badu sent more than the required payment, adding, that she has promised to keep the gospel singer’s name out of her mouth.

“They sent more than I needed. If they like, I can send them back the rest of the money. Also, I promised them that I wasn’t going to talk about it anymore after they sent me the money.

“The person who sent me the money also made me aware that it was from Sonnie Badu, and I confirmed that it was not from a fan but Sonnie Badu. Also, I will talk about him or this issue if he says something against me,” she added.

One can recall that shortly after Mzbel’s outbursts online, Sonnie Badu took to social media to gift three sets of people $300 each.

“The spirit of the Lord dropped on my heart and spirit to do something benevolent: to give three sets of people a blessing of $300 each,” he said.
