Sogne Yacouba begs Kotoko to allow him leave

Burkinabe attacker Songne Yacouba has informed the management of Asante Kotoko of his desire to discontinue his relationship with them, footballmadeinghana.com understands.

Yacouba who was given a week leave to visit his family last week in his native country arrived in Ghana on Thursday and missed out the side clash with Aduana Stars in the Normalization Committee Special Competition.

Footballmadeinghana.com has gathered that, the player, on Monday met with the management of the club and expressed his interest to leave the club and continue elsewhere.

According to our sources, Asante Kotoko have listened to the plea of the player and will allow him to leave when a good deal arrives.

Sudanese club Al Hilal are believed to be leading the race to sign the Burkinabe attacker.
