Skit-maker Teaser nearly lost his eye after a prank went terribly wrong in Ikorodu
Renowned content creator Emmanuel Okeke, also known as Teaser Prank, recently shared a traumatic experience that occurred during a social experiment in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State, which nearly caused him to lose his sight.
Teaser Prank took to his Instagram to recount the incident, posting a video that depicted the mistreatment he endured from multiple individuals.
In the video, Teaser Prank portrayed a mentally ill person, approaching a food vendor who promptly raised an alarm, leading to him being handled roughly.
Two men in the video can be seen wielding canes and striking the content creator before realizing his true intentions.
Teaser Prank mentioned in his post that this was the first time he had encountered such an unexpected and negative reaction from a crowd he had hoped to engage with for content creation.
He said, “I experienced something very terrible in Ikorodu and I cannot really express everything. I did a video in Ikorodu and it was actually a social experiment; I was trying to see people who can help me. It was quite unfortunate that I got into the wrong hands. Two men flogged me mercilessly and gave me injuries; they flogged me so bad and injured my eyes,” he stated frustratingly.
Many social media users expressed sympathy for him and urged him to get a bouncer so that his life would not be in harm’s way next time.
