Sista Afia explains why she distanced herself from Shatta Wale

Songstress, Sista Afia says she distanced herself from Shatta Wale so people don’t see her as one of his militants.

According to her, while growing in the industry, Shatta Wale gave her several platforms to grow.

However, with time, she noted that she needed to distance herself or or she will be noted as one of his militants.

She said “Shatta Wale gave me a lot of platforms; and I was all over him. He supported me but I wanted to be on my own. So I had to distance myself from him so people don’t see me as one of his militants”.
