New Edubiase United vice president narrowly escapes death in horrific car crash

New Edubiase United vice president Alex Ackumey came out unscathed after being involved in a horrific car crash.

The hardworking football administrator and his friend drove into a stationary long vehicle on the Tema Motorway on Wednesday night.

They had to be cut from the mangled wreckage of their saloon car by rescuers following the crash.

Ackumey miraculous had no cuts or injuries but the driver suffered some bruises and wounds.

”I can only thank God for my life. I am at the 37 Military Hospital for a check up and run another test, but I can only be grateful I’m alive and unhurt,” Ackumey told GHANASoccernet.com.

Ackumey is also vice chairman of the Ghana League Clubs Association
