Sam Pyne fights Mahama over Free SHS

The Ashanti Regional Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sam Pyne, has cautioned ex-President John Dramani Mahama to refrain from verbally attacking the Akufo-Addo government.

He stated that Mr. Mahama has no right to criticize the NPP administration in that the country was poorly managed during Mr. Mahama’s four years and six months reign, for which reason he should keep mute.

According to Mr. Pyne, President Akufo-Addo is doing his best possible to address the mess created by Mr. Mahama and his non-performing NDC government.

“Mr. Mahama has no right to verbally attack the Akufo-Addo government or talk about hardship in the country,” he asserted on radio.

He added that hardship was the order of the day when the Mahama government was at the helm of affairs of the country for a little over four years.

“For instance, Mr. Mahama presided over power crisis, popularly known as ‘Dumsor’. And that contributed to the collapse of small-scale businesses. Indeed, hardship was the order of the day when Mr. Mahama and his government mismanaged the country so he cannot attack Nana Addo and go scot-free,” he said.

According to Mr. Pyne, instead of verbally attacking the Akufo-Addo administration, Mr. Mahama should rather keep mute and watch how the mess he created is being solved.

The NPP scribe stated that the President and his competent ministers are focused and determined to take the country to the Promised Land.
