SAD VIDEO: No survivors as aircraft crashes near Nigeria’s Abuja airport

Nigeria has been hit with a traffic incident this morning following an aircraft accident.

A military aircraft has crashed near the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Abuja Airport this morning leaving all people onboard dead.

Minister of Aviation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Hadi Sirika confirmed the traffic incident in a short statement on Twitter Sunday afternoon.

A military aircraft King Air 350 has just crashed short of our Abuja runway after reporting engine failure enroute Minna. It appears to be fatal. We should remain calm & wait for the outcome of the investigation by the military, while we pray for the departed soul/souls if any,” – The Minister tweeted

Video of a aircraft burning as surfaced on the internet and to the surprise of many, people who live close to the scene made nonsense of safety protocols as they gathered in numbers to witness the aircraft in flames.
