Revealed: Occultism led Pastor Sylvester Ofori to kill his wife [VIDEO]

Ghana was struck with shock last week when news of a popular US-based Ghanaian pastor known as Pastor Sylvester Ofori shooting his wife to death in broad light broke out.

According to police reports, Sylvester shot his wife 7 times in front of a bank in Florida.

Later on, videos that went viral on Social media threw more light on the situation where one could see that all was not well between Pastor Sylvester Ofori and his in-laws.

Sister of the late Barbara Tommey, Elisabeth Sophia Russell has revealed the funeral and burial details their beloved.

According to her the family has met and decided to bury their daughter and sister on the 26th of September 2020.

Speaking to the media, she said, “We are burying her on the 26th of SeptemberMy Mother prefers that we bury her as soon as possible in order to heal the pain”

Adding she said that Pastor Sylvester Ofori is involved in occultism.

She said that her sister did not know his occultist entanglements until after their marriage which made her want to leave the marriage.

“When Barbara noticed that her husband was involved in occultism, she moved back home to Florida for six months, later the husband came to beg her,” the sister said.

According to her, Pastor Sylvester Ofori visited Nzema in the Western Region when he came back to Ghana 2 years ago and joined the occultic group.

She said that Syvlester was given an occultist group to read and he gave that book to his wife Barbara when he returned to the United States. Barbara then realised that his husband had gotten involved in occultism.

“About two years ago Sylvester came to Ghana to meet a certain pastor and they both traveled to a certain town in Nzema in the Western Region, where [Sylvester] was given a certain book to read

“When he returned to the States, he gave the book to Barbara to read and that was when she noticed that her husband had joined an occultic group, so she wanted out of the marriage,” she said.

Barbara saw blood on her husband’s forehead and when she enquired about it, Sylvester lied to her.

“Barbara traced her car and saw it at a place where they call saints and that confirmed her earlier suspicion and that was when she filed for a divorce,” she added.

As part of his rituals he was asked not to have sex with his wife which he heeded to.

And that is the cause of their childlessness even though they have been married for 7 years.
