Ghana is currently under its 17th IMF bailout program for a three-year period under an Extended Credit Facility program.
In his new capacity, Seth Terkper will work closely with Minister of Finance-designate Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson to implement a range of economic policies under the new Mahama-led administration.
Terkper, who served as Ghana’s Minister of Finance from 2013 to 2017, brings extensive experience to his advisory role.
