Possible football tournament scheduled for December at Cape Coast Stadium

Cape Coast is set to host an exciting youth football tournament from December 10-12, 2024, featuring some of the brightest young talents in the country.

The tournament, which will take place at the Cape Coast Stadium, will showcase players between the ages of 17 and 19, providing them with a golden opportunity to impress scouts from some of Europe’s biggest football clubs, including Ajax, Chelsea, and Real Betis.

A total of eight teams will compete in the tournament: Vision FC, Team Move, Dansoman IX Wise, UCC Youngsters, Ghanaadom Football Academy, Possible FC, Adisadel Sporting Youth, and Razgold FC.

These teams will be divided into two groups of four, with the group stage set to determine which teams advance to the knockout rounds.

The tournament promises to be a thrilling display of youth football, with the scouts in attendance adding an extra layer of excitement.

For many of these young players, this competition could be a stepping stone towards a professional career, as it will provide them with the chance to catch the eye of talented spotters from renowned European clubs.

With Cape Coast Stadium as the venue, the tournament is sure to attract significant attention from across the football community.
