Police give Blow-by-blow account of how Angel OBINIM’s son DIED through RECKLESS driving

The death was on Sunday February 16, 2019 reported about 38-year-old musician Bright Nana Wireko alias Senior Bright who controversial televangelist and Founder of International Godsway Church, Angel Daniel Obinim has described as his son.

He died in a fatal accident Gomoa Potsin Junction while driving his vibe Pontiac private vehicle with registration number GR 5669-18 with reports emerging reckless overtaking led to his death with two others MyNewsGh.com has confirmed.

According to a police situational report which contains preliminary investigations about the whole incident, it all happened at about 1 Pm on Sunday when suspect driver John Owusu age 44-years-old  was driving Tano South Municipal Assembly Toyota Hilux private vehicle with registration number GV 308-17, with the Presiding Member  Hon. John Dadzie and Deputy Coordinating Director Evans Akingya from Accra to Bechem.

On reaching a section of the road at Pashew industry, Gomoa Potsin Junction, the Vibe Pontiac private vehicle with registration number GR 5669-18, driven by Bright Nana Wireko alias Seniro Bright a musician who was with Janet Eyiah, Esther Antwi and Maame Nzema on board from Agona Swedru to Kasoa with other vehicles ahead of him.

Senior Bright attempted to overtake the vehicles ahead of him and collided head on with vehicle number GV 308-17 in the process.

Senior Bright and Maame Nzema died instantly but the other occupants on board both vehicles and suspect driver John Owusu sustained severe injuries and  were rushed to Trauma and Specialist hospital at Winneba where they have been admitted for treatment but victim Esther Antwi was pronounced dead shortly on arrival.

Deceased bodies were removed and deposited at Trauma and Specialist mortuary, Winneba for preservation and autopsy.
