Otto Ball: Watch the 15-pass sequence that ended in Kudus’ goal against Madagascar

The Black Stars continued their winning run in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, defeating Madagascar 3-0 on Monday, March 24, 2025, at the Mimoun Al Arsi Stadium in Morocco.

A brace from Thomas Partey and a goal from Mohammed Kudus were enough as the Black Stars extended their points tally to 15, with four games remaining.

Despite their dominant display, what truly stood out was the breathtaking buildup to the third goal, a moment of pure teamwork and precision.

The goal showcased incredible team chemistry, typified by quick, precise, and effortless passing sequences. The Black Stars completed up to fifteen passes before Kudus put the ball into the back of the net.

There were series of one-touch passes that carved through the Madagascar team, leaving them chasing shadows.

Jordan Ayew’s drive with the ball and a final sublime pass set Kudus up brilliantly, allowing him to slot home past the onrushing goalkeeper.

The Black Stars held on for a memorable win, placing them in command of the group with 15 points, five points ahead of second-place Madagascar.
