Otto Addo is the problem – Ghanaians fume after Kudus, Jordan, Inaki scored for their clubs

Some Ghanaians on social media have called out the head coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo, after some key players flourished for their respective clubs following the disastrous performance in the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sudan.

These concerned individuals pointed out that Otto Addo’s lack of tactical knowledge is the reason he plays some players out of their natural positions.

Others also believe that the Black Stars coach’s inability to deploy proper strategies to enable the team to gel is another factor hindering the players from dazzling for the team.

The remarks were made after Mohammed Kudus scored a goal for West Ham in their 4-1 defeat to Tottenham in the English Premier League.

Jordan Ayew also netted the winning goal for Leicester City to secure a 3-2 win over Southampton, with Fatawu Issahaku providing an assist in the game.

Inaki Williams also scored a brace to help Athletic Bilbao ease past Espanyol in the Spanish La Liga. All these happened right after the international break.

After four matches played, Ghana are third in Group F with two points, Sudan are in second place with seven points, while Angola leads with twelve points.
