Ooni of Ife’s third wife welcomes twins

Olori Tobi Phillips the third wife of Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi has announced the birth of her twins.

“God said watch me do this! Agbanilagbatan gave me double for my trouble,” the queen said in an Instagram post on Thursday, March 21.

A photo in the post also revealed the gender of the babies.

Congratulatory messages have since poured in from celebrity colleagues and followers. Popular comedian, Helen Paul wrote: “Congratulations Queen” while reality star, Jackie Bent wrote, “Omg congratulations Olori!”.

Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi married the former World Miss University Africa, Tobi Phillips as his third wife on Sunday, October 9, 2022.

Their marriage came weeks after Oba Adeyeye married his second wife, Olori Elizabeth Opeoluwa Akinmuda and his first wife, Olori Mariam Anako.

Queen Tobi is a graduate of Marine Science from the University of Lagos.
