NPP Primaries: Deputy Minister of Finance to file Nominations form on Tuesday

The Member of Parliament for Atiwa East Constituency in the Eastern region, Hon Abena Osei-Asare would be submitting her Nominations form on Tuesday 18th February,2020 at the party’s constituency office.

She has humbly served as the Member of Parliament since January 7th,2013 till date and currently is the Deputy Minister of Finance for the republic of Ghana.

Obatanpa as she is affectionately referred to among constituents has being serving on the Employment, Social Welfare and State Enterprises committee from January 2013 till date, Served on Public Account Committee from January 2013 till January 2017 and currently serves as Board Member of the Parliamentary Service Board  as well as Finance Committee from January 2017 until date.

Available information from the Constituency indicates that delegates, various youth and party groups, constituents, et al are set to escort the Accessible, Kind hearted and Development oriented legislator Hon Abena Osei-Asare to file Nominations form to  show how special she is to them and affirm their commitment to fully endorse and support her re-election.

The ruling New Patriotic Party opened Nomination forms from 20th January,2020 to 20th February,2020 for prospective aspirant who want to be Parliamentary candidates on the tickets of the ruling party at Constituency with sitting MPs. The Parliamentary Primaries is slated for Saturday 25th April, 2020.
