Popular content creator Akwasi Kardashian is dead

Ghanaian actor and content creator Akwasi Kardashian has died after a prolonged battle with kidney failure.

The news was shared by blogger SammyKay on his Instagram page on October 28, 2024.

In April 2024, SammyKay posted a video showing Akwasi Kardashian in a hospital bed, connected to a kidney dialysis machine.

In the video, the effeminate actor detailed his health struggles, including sudden leg swelling, vomiting, and coughing, which prompted him to seek medical attention.

He was subsequently diagnosed with a severe kidney condition that required treatment costing GH₵700,000.

Unable to afford the expensive treatment, Akwasi Kardashian made a public appeal for financial assistance.

Despite his efforts and the support he received, he sadly succumbed to his illness nine months later.

His death has sparked an outpouring of grief from fans and colleagues in the industry, who have expressed their condolences for the beloved actor.
