His Royal Majesty Nii Adote Otintor II, the Chief of Sempe and Ga State Mankralo, paid a significant royal visit to Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu, the President and Founder of the Afro-Arab Group of Companies, on Monday, October 7, 2024, at the company’s headquarters in Kokomlemle.
During the visit, Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu expressed profound gratitude to Nii Adote Otintor II for his esteemed presence. “Thank you for believing in the Afro-Arab dream and for trusting us with Vision 2050. It is an honor to have the Ga State Mankralo, who also serves as the Chief and President of the Sempe Traditional Council, here with us today,” he remarked.
Ambassador Alhaji Salamu emphasized the importance of the partnership with Nii Adote Otintor II, noting that it will significantly contribute to the achievement of Vision 2050. He stated, “The 100-acre deal we have initiated is just the beginning of a historic journey.”
In response, Nii Adote Otintor II commended Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu and the Afro-Arab Properties for their visionary plans to construct 200,000 houses aimed at addressing the housing deficit in Ghana. “This ambitious project represents a revolutionary step forward for our communities and will have a lasting impact on the lives of many,” he stated.
The meeting underscored the shared commitment of both leaders to fostering development and addressing pressing societal needs through collaborative efforts.
