Nigerian blogs ‘chop’ stray bullet as Burna Boy fights foreign blogs

Grammy award-winning singer Burna Boy has tendered an apology to Nigerian blogs for constantly calling them out over publications they shared about him.

His comment comes after an America blog, @theshaderoom shared a picture of him without his beards stating that the artist could not be 32-years-old because he had no beard.

The picture was captioned: “There is no way Burna Boy is 32.”

Displeased by the act, the self-acclaimed African Giant took to his Instagram page to tackle the platform.

He warned them to desist from spreading misleading information about him on social media since he shaved his beard in 2021, and not recently.

Burna Boy described the internet platforms as “parasites” and that they were only concerned about people he has been intimate with.

The hitmaker also made a comparison between international and Nigerian blogs and apologized for constantly calling out Nigerian blogs since he now believed they had learned everything from the foreign blogs.

In a now deleted post he wrote;

“To all the weirdos who depend on @theshaderoom, @theshadeborough and other weird blogs for your daily news. I shaved my beards in 2021 not now. But It’s good to know that for all the history I’ve been making and records I’ve been setting and breaking, you parasites only care about who I might have fucked, who I’m fucking and stupid shit like “Burna Boy shaved his beard”. I gotta apologise to Nigerian blogs now cus I thought their stupidity was unique, I didn’t know they learnt all that from the West.”
